Sinhala and Hindu New Year Blessing 2026
A blessing ceremony for the Sinhala-Hindu New Year will be held at the temple premises
on 11th April at 9.30 am.
Please bring a plate of food ( Kiri Ahara, Kavili, etc..) for the Buddha puja and share with the congregation.
The programme
- 9.30 am Vandana, Buddha puja, Pirith chanting, blessing and sharing merit.
- 11.15 am Dana for the Sangha and refreshment for the congregation
- 12.30 pm Cleaning & End of the programme
